UNDERSTANDING AND TRAINING YOUR CANINE COMPANION

Through their friendship, furriness and unconditional loyalty, dogs have the ability to make our lives so much better.  But when there are unwanted behaviors such as barking or chewing, it can create stress for everyone involved. At Mostly Mutts, we want every dog/owner relationship to be a good one.

WE OFFER 3 FREE OR AFFORDABLE TRAINING OPTIONS, DEPENDING ON YOUR SITUATION

Our group classes are designed to provide the fundamentals of good behavior.  In group classes, you will learn how to teach your puppy or dog the basics such as potty training, basic commands such as sit and stay, and good leash skills. Classes are offered free for life to all adopters and at affordable rates to the public.  For more information and the class schedule, click one of the choices below.

Online Help - dog training

If you need help with manners that can’t be taught in a group class, take advantage of our online behavior training information.  We’ve put together a series of articles and videos to help you overcome specific challenges such as barking, leash pulling, reactivity and more. We encourage you to work diligently and patiently with your pet because the effort will pay off. To access our Mutts e-University articles, click below.

Our goal is to help pets stay with their families. If your pet is having behavior issues that aren’t improving with group classes or our online resources at Mutts e-University, we're here to offer guidance.
