Hi, my name is Anise! My siblings and I came to Mostly Mutts in need of good homes, and they wasted no time getting us into two great foster homes. We’ve spent the last couple of weeks growing, playing and thriving there. My siblings and I are recent residents of the Kitty Room, where the love and care are continuing. If this is a preview of the life that awaits me, I can’t wait to be in a home of my very own – perhaps with YOU!
• OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I get along great with my siblings, so I may enjoy another kitty in my new home. If you have a nice kitty at home who may enjoy a kitten friend, let’s meet! / Dogs unknown / Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten. Best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet!
• PERSONALITY INFORMATION: I’m the curious girl of the group – never slow to check out new things and explore first. My former foster describes me and my two siblings who share my foster home in four words: ‘so loving and friendly’. Like my siblings, I am active and fun – with an affectionate side that will steal your heart, for sure. I’m playful, cuddly, and always ready for my next adventure — or nap!
• SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I’m all about fun and snuggles — especially both at once. I love curling up with my siblings on your lap for cozy cat naps (that’s the best kind of nap, if you ask me). But when I’m not snoozing, I’m on the move! I love chasing toys across the floor and leaping high to catch dangly things — fish, mice, fuzzy balls, ribbons — you name it, I’ll jump for it! The cat tree is my playground and my favorite nap spot. I climb, play, hide, and then flop down for a good sleep right on the top perch. / I’m a young kitten, so sudden noises (like the icemaker) startle me initially, but I get used to unfamiliar noises pretty quickly. Otherwise, I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve!
• MEDICAL: I’m up-to-date on my kitten shots, microchipped and spayed.
