How to Adopt

You can adopt a dog during our weekend adoption events (at PetSmart or Ansley Mall PetSupermarket). Please note that our shelter is NOT open during the week to meet the dogs.

Our pet adoption fee is typically $175 and includes spay/neuter, micro-chipping, all shots (age appropriate), and a heartworm test (for dogs over 6 months). Download our Adoption Application. You will find that our adoption fee is extremely reasonable for all these services, especially when compared to a veterinary clinic. And you can feel good knowing that the money we collect is used to rescue more dogs.

Adoptions events are at:

• PetSmart in Kennesaw (860 Cobb Place Blvd) 

Every Saturday from 11:30 – 4:00

• Ansley Mall PetSupermarket (1544 Piedmont Ave)

1st, 2nd, & 3rd Sundays of each month from 11:30 – 3:30

Not all dogs come to adoptions on Sundays. Please call 770-325-7387 to confirm Sunday dogs.
