LOVING & SWEET: 3 yrs old, 10 lbs. I can be a little shy and scared at first, but once I get to know you it's a whole other story! I'm a loving and sweet little girl who loves to play. My foster home has a toy box and I can never make up my mind which toy I want to play with. So of course I have to take them out one at a time so I can make a decision - maybe - it's so hard since I love them all! A girl can't have too many toys ya know! I love getting attention from my person too, but I'm not demanding it all the time. I do expect to sleep with my person though, preferably under the covers where it's nice and warm. And you can bet I'm going to find the cushiest, comfiest spots to relax. One of my favorite spots is on top of a pile of pillows behind my foster moms head when she's watching TV. If you think you could provide me with the loving and toys and spoiling that I deserve, then I would love to meet you and go home with you.

SWEET & CUDDLY GIRL: 2 yrs old, 51 lbs. SWEET & CUDDLY GIRL: 2 yrs old, 51 lbs. I am sweet and cuddly and will roll on my back for belly rubs all the time!! Not only am I quiet, I sleep well in my crate and enjoy sleeping late. I am housebroken and rarely, if ever, bark. Lounging around and playing in the backyard with my foster family's dog are things I love to do. I would be fine as an only dog but I could be with another dog, (preferably male companion) it would just take a little time to get to know and trust them. It took about 1-2 weeks to know and trust my foster family's dog and now we are best friends. I can be protective and on guard with strangers, until I get to know them. Once I build that trust, I am very lovable. MM thinks I would also do best with older children.

SWEET DOG: 2 yrs old, 25 lbs. My foster says I am a very sweet boy who falls asleep at night, right away, if you find a cozy, designated area for me. I do love to jump on people, because I am so excited to see them, so need a little training in this area. I have been left alone in the house and have not made any messes and I prefer to walk on a leash to do my business. Playing with my foster's dogs in the yard has been fun so another dog in the family, or trips to the doggy park, would be great. I appear to be a loyal dog and my foster says I am by far the easiest dog she has fostered and I will be a great dog for a family.

HAPPY & FRIENDLY: 1 yr old, 55 lbs. I am a beautiful, sweet, fun boy and I'm one heck of a dog. Spend a bit of time with me and you will fall in love. I am progressing nicely on my basic commands, am crate trained, and potty trained. I still need leash training because I pull. I am a strong, playful boy. I would be best in a home with adults who love to run/jog; just a walk would not be enough for me. I love playing with other dogs but that dog would have to be my equal cause boy I play hard! I have a lot of puppy characteristics and some are not that great...like jumping and mouthing. Just like any young dog, I have to be taught a few manners. Because of my breed, positive reinforcement training is required and is not optional. I am smart and can learn a lot. I am quiet and sweet and will make a great loyal friend. I am looking for a human who will be committed to getting me lots of exercise, who will have patience with me and who will take me to training. Probably best no young children.

SWEET GIRL: 7 yrs old, 33 lbs. Do you need a soul mate? I do. I lost my family when they turned me into an animal control center because they 'didn't have time for me anymore'. I was so scared and felt awful until Mostly Mutts took me home with them. Now I'm in a foster home and starting to feel more comfortable. There are other dogs here and I like them, but am not quite ready to join in their play time yet altho' almost played ball with them. I'm very sweet and quiet, I will give you gentle kisses and be by your side. I'm also great in the car and walk well on a leash. I crate well, but have also kept my area clean while my foster parents are away so they haven't been using the crate with me. I also do great sleeping all night long. I don't seem to know any commands so my foster family is working with me on this. Maybe we can have fun with this together. I have had a few accidents in the house when my fosters were home with me, but their working with me on that. You will fall madly in love with me and adore me forever. May be best no toddlers.

FANTASTIC LITTLE GIRL: 4 mos old, currently 23 lbs. Look at this cute face and big, floppy ears. I'm one lucky little girl. My life started out with a very neglectful owner who never treated me for mange. I lost all of my hair and it could have been life threatening but one day someone found me in a parking lot and they found Mostly Mutts Rescue. Mostly Mutts loved me the minute they saw me and my healing began. All it took was good food, a comfy kennel, other doggy friends and some medication...oh, and a lot of baths. Now I have some of my hair back and I feel so good. You can tell in my personality how happy I am. I will be the most loyal companion a dog owner could have and I'll love you with all of my heart. I love to play with other dogs, I like to play hard, and I'm great in my kennel. I do have an initial fear of strangers but have them give me a treat and I'll be their friend too. I would really like to take a training class with my new owner. I love to take walks in the woods, play with tennis balls and I melt when you love on me. I'm a fantastic little girl.

AFFECTIONATE BOY: 1 1/2 yrs old, 42 lbs. I am looking for a family who will love me forever and I'll love them forever, that's for sure. I'm a super sweet boy, am so affectionate and I love all people. My foster mom says I walk well on a leash, know how to sit and lay down, I'm very smart and always wants to please you, ride great in a car, love bones and I don't ever chew on anything that's not mine so no need to crate me because I never make a mess. I love belly rubs, not demanding, but so sweet you'll want to give me lots of attention. I love to play with other dogs and am friendly with everyone and I enjoy sleeping on a big comfy dog bed. Wow am I great or what?? I was treated for mange when I got to Mostly Mutts and my skin cleared up a lot, but I seem to have some allergies and a skin infection now so I'm seeing my very own dermatologist to see if we can get me all cleared up. I will be a very loyal dog to my entire family and you will adore having me live with you if you give me the chance.

A LOVE!! 5 yrs old, 11 lbs. I'm looking for a best friend. I would like someone who will treat me like a baby and let me be in their lap when watching TV. I love to be right there with you, even if I am on a doggy bed on the floor. If I'm chilly, I will get myself under a blanket (like Dachshunds do)...it's really cute. I talk and sometimes I scream with excitement because I am just so happy. My skin is in the process of healing from what looks to be like allergies.
